 Here we aim at answering all questions you may have about our shop. If you can't find an answer below, or if you have any suggestion, please send a mail!
>>> Why do I have to pay via Paypal, can't I use something else?
We chose to only use Paypal for our shop section. We used to allow other payment methods, but they were too expensive (both for the buyer and the seller, and not always secure). Paypal is one of the safest way to send money using the internet, you can learn why on the Paypal FAQ page.
>>> Why are delivery fees so expensive?
O-nigiri is located in France, even though our latest fanzines are printed in Japan. Every parcel leaving to your house is sent from Paris, and international postage is never cheap.
>>> I have just sent my payment, when will I receive my items?
Parcels from France to North America usually reach their buyer through 1~2 weeks. It sometimes takes a bit more, but we never heard of a lost parcel until now, so don't worry!
>>> I'd like to know more about the items before ordering, where can I get some extra information?
We suggest you first have a look on this page, then on our sites, where a lot of information is given. Then you may try the o-nigiri message board, where every question gets an answer, and finally send a mail!
